All our N64 controllers are thoroughly stripped and cleaned. We then restore/replace any parts where needed and carefully re-assemble everything. Controllers are given the love and attention they deserve and in return they reward us with hours of perfect gameplay. Everyone who’s tried one of our used-but-loved N64 controllers agrees they are a joy to use. Revitalising old N64 games like never before.
This particular one was a breeze to work on and benefits from the stamp of quality that only comes with official Nintendo products. It’s certainly seen it’s fair share of action over the years and now with a bit of TLC has a new lease of life. Here’s some more specific things to note:
- All buttons tested and working correctly
- Stick has been refurbished and tested – Now smooth and with 100% range and sensitivity
- Outer body has been cleaned of scuff marks and shows no signs of discolouration
- Hairline scratch to right body handle
- Small dink to top left of D-Pad
- Scuff mark to top of thumb stick housing where stick has been pressed into
- Some small scuff marks where the controller has been put down on top front and rear
Honestly, I almost wanted to keep this one for my own personal collection as it has the original interference blocker which sparked so many good memories! It’s also rare that these have no discoloration at all.
Someone really should give this a good home!
